Automated Compliance

Banking Dashboard

A subtab within the banking tab which includes an overview of different accounts created, account balances, and details of recent transactions.

Clearing System

A network that facilitates the settlement of payments and transactions between financial institutions by verifying, reconciling, and authorizing fund transfers before final settlement. Examples include ACH, SEPA, and CHIPS.

Email Connector

A tool that enables Payouts.com to integrate with email services, allowing users to receive payment-related data and invoices directly via email.

ERP Integration

Connecting Enterprise Resource Planning systems with Payouts.com to ensure seamless data flow and unified business processes.

eWallet

Digital wallets that allow users to store funds electronically and make transactions online, such as PayPal or Payoneer.

Fiat Currency

Traditional government-issued currencies, such as USD, EUR, or GBP.

Fiat Payouts

Payments made in traditional government-issued currencies, such as USD, EUR, or GBP.

Global Accounts

Subtab within the Banking tab on the Payouts.com dashboard. This subtab allows users to open up a global account, creating local IBANs in over 14 countries and 90+ tier 1 financial institutions. This flexibility facilitates local transactions, enhancing efficiency in global payouts to vendors. Users are able to view all relevant account information such as IBAN's, SWIFT codes, and transfer options in this subtab.

IBAN

International Bank Account Number. A standard international numbering system developed to identify an overseas bank account.

IBAN Verification

The process of validating an International Bank Account Number to ensure correct and compliant transactions.

Instant Liquidity

The ability to quickly access cash or cash-equivalents, enhancing financial flexibility for businesses.

Invoice Parsing

The automated extraction of key data from original invoices using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI to identify details such as vendor names, amounts, dates, and line items for generating a self-invoice and reconciliation.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

The process of verifying the identity of clients to comply with financial regulations and prevent fraud.

KYB (Know Your Business)

A due diligence process used to verify business entities before onboarding them for financial services.

Local Transfer Method

A domestic payment transfer system that enables the movement of funds within a specific country using local banking networks, ensuring faster settlement times and lower transaction costs compared to international transfers.

Subtab of the Connectors tab on the Payouts.com dashboard. Relevant users can view pending invoices, approve or edit them, and view all relevant details (such as status, invoice amount, payment due date, payment type, and more) in this tab.

Prepaid Card Transfer

A payment method supported by Payouts.com that allows businesses to send funds to recipients via single-use prepaid cards, providing a flexible and convenient payout option without requiring a traditional bank account.

Payouts Automation

The use of technology to streamline and automate the process of distributing funds to recipients, reducing manual effort and errors.

Real-Time Payment Tracking

The ability to monitor transactions in real-time, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Reconciliation Automation

The process of verifying and matching financial records across accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency. Including automatically syncing and reporting reconciled data to other systems, such as ERP, accounting, or payment platforms, for seamless financial management.

A standardized payment system that allows for fast and secure euro transactions across the Single Euro Payments Area.

Self-Invoicing

Smart Payouts

Tab within the Payouts.com dashboard where relevant users can view, approve and mass execute payouts that are still pending, as well as view payouts that have already been executed and check their status.

SWIFT

The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) system powers most international money and security transfers. SWIFT is a vast messaging network used by financial institutions to quickly, accurately, and securely send and receive information, such as money transfer instructions.

SWIFT Transfers

A global messaging network that facilitates secure international wire transfers between banks.

Tax Form Collection

The process of gathering necessary tax-related documents from vendors or contractors to comply with regulatory requirements.

Transfers

Subtab within the Banking tab on Payouts.com, which allows users to transfer money to whichever recipient they desire. Users can also change what currency they prefer to send, preferred payment methods (local or swift), view the cost of conversion to the recipient's desired currency, and more.

Universal Connectors

Tools or interfaces that allow seamless integration between different software systems, enabling efficient data import and export.

W9

A U.S. tax form used by businesses to collect Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) from U.S. individuals or entities for reporting income paid to contractors, freelancers, or vendors to the IRS.

Webhooks

A lightweight, event-driven communication that automatically sends data between applications via HTTP.

Wire Transfer

Withholding Tax
