I did not authorize the last transactions! I did not make some of the transactions on my card. That was not me who did those transactions on my card, how do I report it? My phone was stolen and the card details were stolen. My card details were hacked!
If you are a Visa cardholder, please note that, according to the terms and conditions, any stolen gift card must be reported directly to the customer service team. They will ask for the card or virtual account number, along with other identifying details, in order to verify the account and assist further. If you are a Mastercard user for a prepaid card, please use the following process:
If the cardholder believes their card has been compromised or notices unauthorized transactions, they should submit a case through MyPaymentVault. After logging in, they should click on the three lines on the right-hand side, then select Help & Support and choose either the Fraud Form or the Dispute Form.
The Fraud Form should be used for any suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity. The Dispute Form should be used for unauthorized charges such as duplicate merchant charges, merchandise not received, or items not as described.
The cardholder can also review their transaction history in MyPaymentVault to identify where the suspicious charges occurred. Our dedicated Fraud Team will then investigate the case by reviewing details such as IP addresses, device data, and other relevant information to determine whether the transactions were fraudulent.
