I cant add my card to the google wallet.

If you are located in the United States, the card may sometimes have difficulty being added to Google Wallet. In most cases, this is not related to the card itself but rather to external factors such as:

• Google Wallet eligibility or regional restrictions
  • Additional security or identity verification required by Google
  • Device or Google Wallet app settings
  • Outdated phone software or wallet application
  • Temporary connection or tokenization errors during setup
  • Limitations applied by Google Wallet to certain prepaid card types

We recommend ensuring your Google/Apple Wallet app and device software are up to date, and then trying to add the card again. If the issue persists, it is usually related to Wallet’s internal provider verification or security checks rather than the card itself.

If you are not located in the USA:
Unfortunately, prepaid cards can’t be added to Google/Apple Pay outside the USA or Canada. The good news is that you can still use your card directly with any of the merchants listed on it.
