For Sole Traders or Sole Proprietorships:

Provide relevant documents such as a utility bill or a bank statement. These documents are necessary for our team to verify the new business or trading name.
For Registered Companies:
Ensure that the address or trading name is updated with the relevant business registration authority (similar to ASIC) before we can proceed with any changes on our end.
If the address has not been updated with the registration authority yet, our Customer Support team will need to see your lodgement letter from this authority.
If you don’t have the necessary documents or if your address hasn’t been updated with the business registration authority, we will not be able to update your address at the moment. However, you are welcome to return to us at a later date with the updated address or necessary documents, and we will gladly assist you with the changes.
